Taiwan Trip Part 2: Days 3 n 4

Okie here's part 2 ...

Day 3

Took a train down to Hua-Lien for the day .. The train ride was like 4 hrs .. Sat until me butt damn pain ... Had breakfast on the train then slept for most of the journey plugged into my iPod Nano cos we woke up at 5+ to catch the 7 something train .. Damn tired ..

At Hua-Lien train station ..

The guide brought us to eat purple sweet potatoes .. it was yummy .. Think cos it was already past lunchtime n we haven had our lunch yet ..

I could feel a sneeze coming on when this photo was taken .. That explains the look on my face ..

At the Tai-Ru-Ge Nature Reserve ..

The guide brought us to Yan-Zi-Kou ...

Braved the rain n wind to take a pic at 慈母橋

The guide forced us to take the 2km nature walk in the rain .. But the scenery was wonderful .. I especially love the suspended bridge ...

Our next destination was the beach .. Their beaches are very diff from ours .. There's o sand on the beach ..

We weren't pointing at anything in particular lah .. We were jus facing the wind cos it was making a mess of our hair ..

We saw a poor crippled dog there n fed it ..

Next we had Hua-Lien's famous Bian Shi for dinner .. It was actually wan ton lah .. But the skin was very thin n they were very generous with the fillings .. I couldn't finish one bowl by myself .. No matter how hard i eat, the number of wan tons doesn't seem to decrease ..

Hee .. I couldn't resist taking a pic of myself on the train ride back to Taipei .. :P

Day 4

We started the day at Long San Temple ..

Then we went back to Ximending for lunchie .. Wanted to try the Lu Wei Fan but it was closed so we ended up having Chou Chou Guo .. Got my fav Pig's Blood inside .. Yummy ..

After lunch it was more shopping n we found Xiao Zhu's shop Stage ..

We wanted to checkout the Hello Kitty KTV but they were already out of business .. Sad .. Sooo .. we took some photos for keep sake ..

We had a reservation at 4pm tt day at P.S. Bu Bu .. This is the cafe that was featured in Meteor Garden ..

Foodie time again .. No! I did not finish all tt food by myself ok .. U think wat .. I pig ah ..

After eating it was cam-whoring time again .. The place was practically empty except for us n 2 other customers so we had the whole place to oursleves ..

We went down to Dan Shui after tt but as it was raining heavily, we didn't take any photos .. Then it was back to Shilin Night Market for somemore shopping n eating .. haha ..
