Yesterday was a very very bz day for me. Started my day at 11 where i went for 2 tuitions which ended at 2.30. Then had to rush down to Bugis to get PW's present from Cindy who couldn't make it to PW's party cos she was going to watch the NDP rehearsal at the Padang ... Lucky gal .. I also wanna watch but got no tix.

Anyway after getting the present from her, I rushed down to Orchard to meet Shirley who had been roaming ard there since 2+ cos she had to go n bk the hotel rm for our trip to Genting this Fri.

After tt went to buy Jos's present (a white classic adidas jacket with 3 light pink strips on on the sleeves with a gold zipper n gold buttons. It was very pretty n sweet. She act wanted another design but no stock le but i think the one we bought for her was nicer.) then had to rush down to City hall to pass it to C Koon so tt she could give it to Jos. The train station was very packed n there were police officers everywhere. Think part of the reason was becos of the recent London bombings. Those terrorists got nothing better to do ah?? Bomb here, Bomb there.

After passing the present to C Koon, Shirley n me went to Suntec to meet up with Wf n Clarice n we got a bite at Burger King (tt was the only time i had to eat yest n it was at bout 5+ lor, I was famished) before heading down to Chevron for PW's 21st bday celebration. Had great fun catching up with my yr 1 classmates some of whom i've not met in ages. Jus found out tt Michell got married n have a 8 mnth old baby le. Soo happy for her. Wonder when will it be my turn ...

Left the party at bout 9+ n got a lift from Wenfeng to Jos's place. By the time i reached there, Joyce (Xu) had already left n Kenneth had gone to help his gf Joyce da sao to celebrate her bday. Seems tt there were alot of ppl celebrating their bdays yest.

Jos's place was totally packed. Didn't even have rm to stand wor. But can c tt she was very happy. Stayed there for bout 45 mins then left le cos the others had been there since 6+ then i alone stay also very sian so left with them. Somemore had to wake up at 5.30 this morn so went home early to slp.

Haven been blogging for some time le. But i still rmb tt i have a blog so frens out there dun worry. I'll be updating my blog but not as regularly as before cos working life is real tiring but quite fun.

Jus got back from a day out with Clarice, Wenfeng, Teck Soon n my Bro. We went down to Suntec in the aftn to do some shopping b4 heading down to Maxwell Food Center at Chinatown for dinner. There was supposed to be more ppl but all of them flew my aeroplane except Vincent who reached CityLink after we have left Suntec. Here was wat happened. Richard told me this morn tt he was meeting Vincent at Parkway in the aftn b4 meeting us. Then Vincent told me tt he would be meeting us in the evening so i assumed tt they will be coming down together. Later in the aftn, Richard msged me tt he would not be meeting us cos he would be meeting Bang Tong, so naturally i assumed tt Vincent would be meeting BT too. Then since Fiona said tt she won be joining us WF suggested tt we go down to Chinatown for dinner. But when we reached Maxwell Food Center, Vincent called me n told me tt he was at CityLink le. Now i feel so guilty cos me went all the way down to City Hall n we left w/o telling him. Haiz ... Miscommunication ...

Met Clarice n Wf for steamboat dinner at Purvis St on Tues. Finally got to eat it. The food was much much cheaper than wat we ate on Sun. After tt we went down to the Esplanade's Haagen Daiz for its Chocolate n Ice Cream Fondue. Yum Yum. Finally got to use my $10 voucher le. Hee. A great treat after a boring n tiring 2 days at 3M.

1 wk has passed since i started my IA at 3M. Had Safety, Health, Environment Training on Day 1 n 2, then had to attend a cleanroom briefing on Thurs before i could go into the cleanroom to us the laser scan. So mafan. But i learned quite a lot during the briefings so not so bad. My sup is quite a nice guy n he left me on my own n told me to go to the lab to learn how to use the various scopes n stuffs. On Fri he finally gave me a project to do. So my days of slacking ard is officially over. Sob. On the bright side i still have my 1 hr lunch break which we'll use to go out to Causeway Pt or Chom Pang for lunchie. The 1 hr will usually be stretched to 1hr 15 mins. N not forgetting the 2 supposedly 15 mins break we have before lunch n after lunch which we'll use to go down to the cafeteria for free but weak coffee n to chat. I say supposedly cause we'll always stay for more than 30 mins. Hee. IA students are very slack one. Tmr is the start of another wk le. Hopefully i dun have to do OT...

Really very tired today cos it was my first day of attachment at 3M Singapore. Soo long nv wake up soo early le somemore couldn't slp last night cos too used to slping at 2am le. Had alot of orientation briefing today n almost fell aslp at all the briefings. Luckily nv kana scolding. Hee. Haven really started work yet. Think my supervisor will be giving me work tmr ba. But first have to attend another health briefing first thing in the morn. Act having attachment there not bad. The staff benefits there not bad wor. IA students still can claim medical expenses too wor. Soo welfare. Somemore got 5 days annual leave. I was pleasantly surprised when i found out. Hee. Jus nice cos i was jus lamenting to a few of my poly frens tt attachment very hard to take leave n they were act planning to go to genting/KL in a few wks time. Hee. So chances of me going is much higher le. But still have to c if WF's leave can be approved or not. Not to mention mine too.

Finally met up with Eileen on sun after almost 1 yr. It was almost a poly gathering. Almost. Surprised tt i was able to get soo many of them out on a sun. Hee. 13 of us went down to the 7 storey hotel for dinner where the service was lousy but they still charge service charge n the food was sooo ex. Tt will be the 1st n last time we'll be going there. We act wanted to eat at the Hainanese restaurant at Purvis st but it was very hard getting a table for 13 ppl there during peak hrs n some of them have to rush back to camp to bk in tt night. But really had fun catching up with everyone tt night. Hope tt we can have another gathering soon b4 Eileen goes back to the States n Clarice back to UK.

Jus got back from PS for the 2nd time in 2 days. Was there yesterday with my bro to watch the movie Fantastic 4. It's a great show. Really worth the money. Met Clarice for dinner after the show n than walked ard PS b4 going back.

Had tuition this morn at Regentville n then rushed down to Lor Ah Soo for another class but only realised tt the student quit after i reached there so went for lunch with my kor, Kenneth before heading back. Act wanted to go down to the K Box at Hougang Plaza but we couldn't get a cab so in the end nv go. After lunch went back home for a 10 min nap which turned into a 1 hr nap. Was supposed to meet Clarice n her mom n bro n auntie at 3 plus but cos i overslept so had to rush. Hee. In the end i reached there at bout 4+. Then we walked ard n ended up at PS for dinner. Clarice's mummy treated me to Crystal Jade for dinner n we tried the durian pudding which was great. Osim has placed some 'ISqueeze' ard PS during the GSS n we tried it out. It was very relaxing. Really like someone is massaging ur feet like tt although it was a bit pain in the beginning but after adjusting my feet to a more comfortable position the feeling was great.

Will be going down to Bugis for dinner tmr n for more shopping. I'm hoping to get a white skirt from Dorothy Perkins which i saw less then 2 wks ago but was unable to find it at PS. So i'm really hoping tt it'll still be available tmr. Tmr will be the last day for me to enjoy cos mon i'll be starting my 22 wk attachment to 3M. Haiz. Time really flies when u're having fun. Haven enjoyed my hols enough yet.

Anyway, I'm starting a new project. Cross-stitching. I've act cross stitched a few times when i was in primary sch but i always didn't complete it. This time round i'll be completing this one n going on to bigger pieces n i'll be posting my progress here. Hee. Let's hope tt i dun get too lazy to blog ba. Haha

Its almost 2 wks since my last entry. Hee. Well ... Been busy catching up with Clarice who is back in Singapore, n giving tuition almost everyday. Soo glad tt Clarice is finally back albeit only for 3 mths. I've been bioing a white skirt from Dorothy Perkins which the sales gal told me tt was a new arrival less than a mth ago n i've been thinking tt i'll get it when i get my pay. But when i went down last tues with paycheck in hand, guess wat, it was sold out. Damn. Soo disappointed. Tt skirt was really pretty. Haiz. Next time if i c anything i'll buy it le .. not going to wait. Later no more stock le then tui. But at least i got the puma sports bag tt i wanted. Itsn't the logo cute. Hee

Went down to East Coast Park on Sat n Sun. Sat for the chalet with my frens from uni n Sun to learn blading with Clarice, Wf, Teck, Shirley, Richard n Vincent. I managed to move front n back but i still dunno how to brake n how to turn. Went down to Geylang for dinner after tt n then went home le. Lazy to write le ... will update my bloggie soon ...
